At White Pony Express, we are committed to living our values of appreciation, respect, service, and collaboration. We have made these values actionable and regularly reflect on what we can do to further align our actions and processes with our values. One way we do this is by surveying our 105 nonprofit recipient partners to learn how we can improve our offerings and their experience.
We are happy to share that WPE’s 2025 survey results are in! This year we were heartened to learn that our nonprofit recipients and those they serve are highly satisfied with our services. We received an overall average rating of 4.9 out of 5. The vast majority (88.16%) of respondents gave a rating of 5, which demonstrates high overall satisfaction.
When we look at specific areas like food types, quantity, quality, and interactions with our team, we also received consistently high marks. WPE staff and drivers received an average rating of 4.9 out of 5, which comes as no surprise given their dedication to curated, on-time, courteous deliveries. Food types, quantity and quality received an average score of 4.6 out of 5, which is a boon given the fact that WPE is a food rescue organization and we do not have the luxury of selecting the food we recover – Fortunately, the bounty from phenomenal food donors like Whole Foods, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, farmer’s markets, and local restaurants keep our recipients happy and healthy!
WPE’s Partner Satisfaction Survey suggests we are on the right track, with sights set on providing access to good food for ALL. We appreciate our partners and their commitment to our vision of a zero waste, well fed, leaned-in community where ‘all of us take care of all of us’!
